Chronic understaffing: Projects are consistently underbid, leaving too few people to finish the job properly. Lack of support: Apprentices are asked to complete unfamiliar tasks with no proper training or supervision. Unfulfilled reimbursements: Promised parking and expense reimbursements are not completed or finalized. Payroll and benefits issues: Some hours have been reported under incorrect information, risking lost healthcare eligibility. Racial bias: Witnessed unequal treatment of minority employees.
