      Pros

      CCHBC is a great place to start your career and learn a lot. Working there helps to understand what really matters in life and teaches you to value what you have. Plus the Company has great social package. CCHBC is well known by its great culture and employees, very talented ones, who could become your real friends that always support you when it's needed.

      Cons

      Poor work/life balance, numbers and speed are way more important than the quality, bad managerial skills, lots of stress, zero support within adaptation period, hiding lots of valuable information from employees
