      Company car with unlimited use Well earned Christmas break

      Cons

      Possibly the worst company I have ever worked with. Expected to work insane hours. Totally clueless management. Unionised below par staff. Managers that ignore health and safety to get things done. High levels of Bullying. Extremly poor Hr policies. When i left they had just recieved the results back from their employee setiment survey 32% out of 100%. Don't be fooled by the name these guys are not Coca Cola they are a Greek bottling company pretending to be Coke. Stay away!

      some great co-workers, great brand, international (mainly eastern-cental europe) appeal, fair compensation

      lacking top line growth, focus is mainly on cost cutting, too much bureaucracy, transparency can be improved
