In addition, the Company has added a number of new jobs and career paths within Research which have provided a lot of promotional opportunities with strong salary increases. In regards to the bonus structure, the Company has improved the bonus criteria and process as well as the transparency of how bonuses are paid and distributed amongst employees based on performance. In Research in particular, the current bonus structure has been in place for about a year with much success and positive feedback from employees and managers.
