I applied online. I interviewed at CoStar Group (Richmond, VA) in May 2025
Interview
It was a long process which spanned over 2 months. I met with over 5 people in groups and separately. It was paused and picked back up after a month. I felt the communication with the point of contact a bit disorganized.

Interview
Super simple + quick interview process. Two rounds of interviews. The first is an online interview where they ask the basic questions e.g., introduce yourself, eligibility to work. The second is an in-person interview where again they ask the basic questions e.g., how do you deal with challenges at work, when is the last time you.... and how did you solve it. Job offer was almost immediately given around 1-2 hours after the interview, and then you just wait for around a month until employment starts. Documents don't get sent to you until around 1-2 weeks before employment though, so be prepared to sit in fear for a few weeks uncertain if you've actually made it. HR does respond to emails pretty quickly though, so reach out freely if you have any questions/ concerns.
