11yThanks for the feedback, and we love hearing you're enjoying your work at CoStar Group. For manager positions we have in many cases turned to internal promotion over external hires for more than a year – we’ve found the experience working in the role is extremely valuable to be able to lead a team, and we have begun programs to train experienced employees for the transition to a manager role. We love helping our employees to move forward in their careers with CoStar Group, and are working to continue to provide more resources for them to do just that.
