Pros
Mostly Great people, interesting work, regular schedule, great benefits, no take home work, some of management took care of their people, relatively loyal, never was denied vacation, supportive in my career move out side of the company
Cons
Lack of direction, management didn't seem to always know what was going on, very appearance centric (would be told to do things to make it look like i was doing what execs though we should even if it impeded making actual progress in work)
