Pros

The pay and benefits are decent.

Cons

"Research Associate" = it's a call center envrionment with metrics. You need so many 90+ second calls a day or you get coached or fired. Most people you first speak with don't know who we are or why we are calling The company is shady and weeds out people who don't show loyalty There is almost zero room for growth

Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. Regarding room for growth, dozens of associates in the Richmond office have gotten promotions to either manager or to any of our numerous other opportunities. Some have joined the Customer Relationship Manager team, others are Business Analysts, and some went to Marketing or Sales. We are committed to continuing to provide career path opportunities and improve opportunities for professional development for all associates. I encourage you to speak to your manager if there is a particular path of growth that you are looking for. Focus groups with brokers have shown that phone calls are the preferred method of communication, and we have found that data is gathered much more efficiently through a phone call. As you probably know, for those not familiar with CoStar we take the opportunity to show them the value in listing their properties on the largest commercial real estate network. If you would like to discuss this or any of your other concerns further, I encourage you to reach out to your manager, your HR representative, or me directly. Brad McGetrick

Pros

I worked for Homes.com - Great first job out of college to learn a lot about sales and can make good money in the first 3 months - FIND PEOPLE THAT HAVE DONE THIS JOB AND HAVE LEFT AND FIGURE OUT WHY CUZ THEY'LL TELL YOU

Cons

I worked for Homes.com - You're doing 3 jobs in one and the pay does not reflect that - it is churn and burn. The average tenure here is 7 months - Management doesn't know what's going on 3/4 of the time. It is all up to the CEO and he's on his private jet more than 3/4 of the time
