Pros
-Decent pay -Many great, talented people--with the exception of the most critical one (see below)
Cons
The biggest problem is the CEO--a very, very difficult person. It's evident that he has some major anger and psychological issues. He regularly and loudly berates employees, often by viciously swearing at them even in front of others, even if and when he's the person who is either objectively wrong, or the task for which that person is getting shouted at was directly assigned to him/her by the CEO in the first place. It might be partially excusable if the CEO obtained results, but he does not. He is a substandard leader who listens to no one and has no vision or concrete strategy for the future. Instead, he unfortunately buries his head in the sand, uses ambiguous buzz words in a vain, sad attempt to sound like a profound and innovative expert, and blames other team members for the ongoing decline in company performance and morale. Also: -Poor work-life balance -No room for growth at all--you're hired for your position and that's it -Revolving door of employees. We regularly lost at least one employee every 2-3 weeks (despite being a small company). Very few people have been there for longer than a year with the exception of the few people who have become accustomed to being harassed and abused -Work projects are often random in nature. You won't learn anything new and, worse, it may even damage critical skills you've developed at previous jobs Bottom line: stay far away.
