Founders are good. People are helpful.
Cons
1. They segregate SDRs industry wise. Except 1-2 industries, it’s impossible to meet your targets. Target shouldn’t be the same across all industries and geographies. 2. Market research team doesn’t understand the ICP. 80% of the leads are irrelevant and we need to self prospect. 3. AEs pressurise and demand. Though we don’t report to them. They act very high handed, micromanage and behave authoritarian when they don’t manage us.
