1. Nice work culture 2. Time and leave flexibility 3. Everyone works with full responsibility, credit goes to the founders. 4. Multiple things to learn, open to implementing new things. 5. Work from home option 6. Till now maintain stability in every dimension eg. finance, operations, tech etc 7. Open door policy. 8. HRs & Finance team is good, no red tape, normally HR ask for emails for even small issue it is not here 9. If you work hard you will get rewarded no politics. 10. No hiring firing culture.

1. Saturdays working. 2. Fewer get-togethers or parties or company outings.
