Pros

Great co-workers when starting. Friendship Sandbox environment

Cons

Awful management, no training . Company is too big and doesnt take anytime to tell employees of new SOPs for customers. You are expected to micromanage yourself and good luck finding anyone to answers questions for you. You are simply just another body that can easily be replaced at anytime even if you are told you are doing a great job. Massive layoffs once a year. The company values money only and does not care about the health and wellness of any employee. Management has no concept of how long it takes to get tasks done and often pile projects on with unrealistic expectations. Dont expect to get a raise for at least 5 years. There are no annual reviews, you must ask your manager to have a performance review, after that expect to wait anywhere from 6 months to a year for a $1 increase daily. This process literally has to go through 7 people and there is never a guarantee. No spouses/partners allowed at any company party. No bonuses whatsoever and expect all of management to take weeks off around the holiday while you have to be in the office. Unrealistic expectations and if you are fortunate enough to get a company phone, you better believe to be expected to pick that phone up 24/7 anytime it rings and you will unintentionally signup for being on-call for the company. If you are looking to advance your career and make meaningful connections, I would 100% look somewhere else.

Pros

Plenty of hours between 75 to 80 hours a week minimum. Good place to get experience as a stepping stone.

Cons

You're always on call it is mandatory that you work three weekends a month both Saturday and Sunday including the 5-day work weeks Monday through Friday Technician. As a coordinator you work 6 day work weeks Sunday through Friday you only get Saturdays off it's a salary based position so you get no compensation if you work over 8 hours a day as a coordinator and you will work more than 8 hours a day your minimum will be 12 to 14 hours a day up to a maximum of 18 hours a day regularly.
