Pros

Average benefits and salary, matching RRSP program and stock purchase program. Good IT department and this company is a leader in integrating computer technology into all their work. Good training and integration programs of their business model and paper flow for companies they have purchased. Staff in Norwell are overall a pleasure to work with and loyal to Alan. Capital purchase money is readily available to any line of work with a good business plan and this company wants to grow

Cons

Company purchases and take overs are full of promises at offer time but after the purchase these deals are slowly phased out over a year or two. Management of the original companies are also phased out or quit and are replaced with people who don't have the management skills in that line of business. They have exceptionally high turn over rate of all employees from their purchases in a few years due to this style of management. American style salary and benefit plans which don't fit into the Canadian culture especially their impossible to reach bonus structure

Plenty of hours between 75 to 80 hours a week minimum. Good place to get experience as a stepping stone.

Cons

You're always on call it is mandatory that you work three weekends a month both Saturday and Sunday including the 5-day work weeks Monday through Friday Technician. As a coordinator you work 6 day work weeks Sunday through Friday you only get Saturdays off it's a salary based position so you get no compensation if you work over 8 hours a day as a coordinator and you will work more than 8 hours a day your minimum will be 12 to 14 hours a day up to a maximum of 18 hours a day regularly.
