Very low pay no incentives or bonuses,poor managers, clueless specialists, overload of paperwork, they screw up your pay consistently and are always trying to short you on hrs...your put on call with no pay for being on call. But are expected to put everything on hold and wait for them to call you..also winter is slow..so good luck getting 40hrs..but they expect you to use your vacation time to make up the difference... there is a reason they can't get or keep quality people here... just read they're own internal company surveys !! They are cheap and greedy the only people that stay are either losers or idiots who can't find employment elswhere. Wake up Clean Harbors and start making some actual positive changes that actually work..pay incentives to professional drivers, give sign on bonuses to drivers not referrals !! That is the stupidest thing ever !! And start paying a competitive wage ..OMG ! You can make 3 dollars more an hr starting wage delivering heating oil driving a class B truck !! You start drivers at 21hr..your completely out of your minds....in what shape or form is that a competitive wage ! You should be paying 3 dollars more an hr than regular trucking companies for the work that drivers have to do !!
