That matters to us, especially early in someone's career. We hear you on the hours. Tax season in public accounting has real peaks, and we won't pretend otherwise. Our Anytime Anywhere flexible work policy is designed to give associates and interns more control over how and where they work, and we actively look at how workload is distributed across the team.
