4yWe are sorry that you have not enjoyed your time with CSH.
The diversity issue that you refer to is an issue that has been systemic in accounting where diverse populations have been historically underrepresented in university accounting programs, which of course affects all other levels of an organization. You’re not aware undoubtedly of the multitude of programs or our involvement in diverse organizations throughout our footprint, but we are actively and dynamically engaged in trying to impact systemic issues that have existed in accounting in general for many, many years.
We would also suggest that diversity includes a wonderfully broad spectrum of individuals that you may not “see” every day, including our friends in the LGBTQIA community, veterans, and those who suffer from a disability who benefit from our work anytime anywhere policy.
We will have to object to the suggestion that we “remove” anyone “old” as a matter of course. Those over 40 are also in a protected class and suffer a tremendous amount of discriminatory impact in the workplace.
We will continue to work tirelessly to build a culture where all people will feel welcomed and can thrive.
