PTO policy was generous \ That is about it.
Cons
Incompetent management that led by intimidation and not by example. Micro managers, raises were sub par versus competitors in the industry. Was told lies about promotions and opportunities down the road that never came. Unqualified people were promoted to director/manager roles over others who were. Nepotism runs rampant. Gossipy atmosphere. Lack of advancement opportunities in most departments. Poor business decisions made daily.
