My experience with Claritev was one of the most unprofessional interview processes I have encountered. After several rounds of interviews, including time spent engaging directly with leadership, I received nothing more than an automated rejection. No explanation, no feedback, no acknowledgment of the time invested. Even after requesting feedback, I was met with complete silence.
The Head of Talent, who should be the face of the company’s culture, left a poor and frankly concerning impression. She openly admitted that HR does NOT have a formal headcount forecasting process and that they simply “wing it,” which is alarming for an organization that claims to operate in a data driven industry. She did not demonstrate executive judgement, and she spoke negatively about business leaders in a way that raised serious questions about internal alignment and her own professionalism. Her lack of integrity, combined with a casual and dismissive approach to critical talent processes, reflected poorly on the company as a whole and made it difficult to take Claritev’s leadership or culture seriously. If this is the person representing Claritev to the market, it raises serious questions about the company’s internal standards, leadership maturity, and overall credibility.
The entire experience felt impersonal, careless, and misaligned with what any reputable organization should consider acceptable. If this is how Claritev treats experienced professionals during the hiring process, I would be deeply concerned about how they treat employees or customers.
There are far better healthcare analytics companies than Claritev, ones that do not damage their own brand with careless communication and a lack of basic professionalism.

Very informative and helpful! I enjoyed the discussion about the company and their values. The interviewer was very nice and spoke very nice! She asked about my background experience if I had any questions or concerns.
60 min interview with 4 managers. Everyone was very nice. The process was very thorough and were asked a lot of questions about previous experience. Informed that would be on phone 80% instead of job description of 40%.
