      Pros

      There isn't a lot of good things to say. You get benefits.

      Cons

      So much favortism. The supervisors put off their work onto others. They are trying to train people to work in other areas and it's causing nothing but problems. Major communication gaps. The people that do the actual work do not get recognized for it. Do not recommend working here!!

      Pros

      Lots of opportunities to get involved with different projects. Very hands on experience. Really good way to get a look into the medical device industry!

      Cons

      The work can be little stressful at times but I think that comes with the territory.
