not a good place to work

Pros

There isn't a lot of good things to say. You get benefits.

Cons

So much favortism. The supervisors put off their work onto others. They are trying to train people to work in other areas and it's causing nothing but problems. Major communication gaps. The people that do the actual work do not get recognized for it. Do not recommend working here!!

Company on a mission to fail

Pros

It was a paycheck. Nothing more, nothing less. If you're the type that requires occasional pandering, once a year they would rent a slushy machine for a day or two.

Cons

Incompetent isn't a strong enough word to use when describing this company's "leadership". From supervisors that would regularly divulge private information within their department regarding other staff, manager who was allowed to hire individuals whom which they had long standing friendships with, to shift supervisors who spent the majority of time in their office on the opposite end of the building from production. The environment itself was like reliving high school while stuck in an episode of Duck Dynasty: gossip and socializing came before work, and the operation was rampant with 'cliques' that specialized in everything from defamation, project tampering, defacing of personal property, all the way to flat out lying to cover for the circle they pieced together. Favoritism was blatant to the degree of manager/supervisor teams being guilty to dereliction of responsibility, intentionally mishandling incident reports in an effort to create damage control before Human Resources could be alerted. I wasted over ten years with this company, the final two before quitting I advised acquaintances to not get involved with them. Avoid this place!

Time For A Wake Up Call

Pros

Average pay and benefits. Could be a fabulous company to work for if it had an engaged senior management team at the helm.

Cons

Great divide between management and hourly workers. A striking example of the 'haves' and the 'have nots'. Efforts to engage the hourly workers are bogus and superficial. Work is not challenging and workers are not developed except for a few hand picked individuals.
