- quotas determine everything
- expected to sell bad products (types of accounts, services, etc) to customers
- you are blamed if customer refuses to sign up for product
- extremely poor onboarding (onboarding material doesnt match actual work, and prepares you very poorly)
- treats new customers poorly when roped in with products (bare minimum support, bad rates, etc)
- expected to magically come up with customers/quotas if there isnt enough foot traffic
- software used in daily work is garbage
