The leadership is extremely weak and do not communicate/update their direct reports with any clear direction, by which I mean, every single project is seriously an unorganized mess. There is no established goal, or requirements, or plans. Everybody on my team was very frustrated with the way this company treats its employees and just the way they handle things overall.
During two years, I can honestly say, I have never come across ONE single interesting project where I feel fulfilled in any way, nor was my skill or expertise valued in any way. Some people working here are friendly, and that's about it. All that was needed to "do well" here is lip work. It does not matter how good you are at your actual job as long as you know how to make up stories to tell other people. Lots of BS and power games, which means you have to deal with people who overlook what you can bring to the table, but rather how good you are at faking it.
If you are someone who wants to come in and collect a paycheck and go home every day, it might work out for you, but if you identify yourself as anyone else other than that, I sincerely and responsibly hope you do not get yourself involved in this company.
