Pros
Nothing to mention because there pros is there policies like parent insurance but the insurance company will not generate e card if you enroll your parents but they will deduct premium amount from your salary.
Cons
1 They won't credit your salary on time. 2. Retention pay it is indirect bound for employees. 3. Hr will not communicate to you properly if raise any concern. 4. Worst management. 5. If you raise any ticket regarding expenses which you did for business trip they will advice to to raise request but they approve, they will say openly it is for eyewash. 6. Your experienced in one technology but they will place you in different technology which is old. 6 once you exit from the company hr will speak to you very harsh and they won't keep their words for eg they won't release your experience certificate as mentioned in resignation acceptance letter. So think twice before joining here.
