Pros

I recently joined them 3 months back... overall Good work culture Parties, get together, company spending on employees on extra activities is not seen else where, i have worked in 6 companies earlier but these guys seems to be better among the lot CEO & COO does review with employees on how they feel 30 days after they join. Mine was recently done after 5 additional days Compensation wise I heard from many employees that its not only me who is paid decent.. lot of them get salary more than market value that's Y i think they have very less attrition rate. Airoli office is much better than powai - nice view of mountains from open terrace on 8th floor Cafeteria food on 8th floor is better than other floors

Cons

Too much problem with transport system - you have to wait in line, write your name is advance Smoking is not allowed in open terrace - they should open it up for
