Pros

Work Life Balance -Somewhat flexible on "work life" balance matters Processes - Due to many certifications (ISO, etc.) company - wide policies are conceived and implemented - For the most part, such policies are contentiously implemented (functions team - in particular - travel team and finance team are very efficient) Delivery - Delivery team is, by and large, competent (e.g. , adherence to SDLC the right way) -Delivery managers are, for the most part, a good combination of flexible and by-the-book types

Cons

Salary - Pay packages are not great, and quite inflexible Processes - Some managers respond very well to an employee willing to hustle (learn, expand boundaries, etc.), most others are yes - men - Beyond a certain level in employee hierarchy, every one is involved in the sales processes to some extent but do not get any kind financial reward for these contributions Innovation - Consulting and innovation of all types (technology, core consulting, IT consulting, analytics) are approached haphazardly - Seems that the management has truly understood the importance, but do not have a very good plan or leadership to lead these activities
