Pros

To be fair, one positive point is the hybrid work culture, which was helpful.

Cons

I worked at for 4.5 years and wanted to share my honest experience for anyone considering joining. During my tenure, I consistently received above 4 performance ratings, but salary hikes were quite low compared to expectations and effort. Later, due to ramp-down, I was released from my project. While on bench, there were limited internal openings, so I had to look outside for another opportunity. The disappointing part was gratuity was denied because I was short by around 90 days. If an employee is released due to business/project reasons and not leaving purely by choice, it feels unfair that only the employee bears the loss. Another challenge is that many projects have shorter tenures (3, 6, or 12 months). This can create repeated uncertainty, bench periods, and mental stress if the next project doesn’t come quickly. In some projects, work stretched till 2 AM, which affected work-life balance. To be fair, one positive point is the hybrid work culture, which was helpful. This is only my personal experience. Others may have a different one, but many colleagues faced similar concerns, so I felt it was worth sharing. Please think carefully, ask the right questions, and evaluate long-term stability before joining.
