Disrespectful period! - Usher/Ticket Taker Cinemark Employee Review

Disrespectful underage teens for R rated movies. Customers try to sneak kids in. Customers allowed to bring in large Stanley cups to steal free soda. Whatever the customer wants is granted despite Cinemark written policy. Employees are abused verbally. Safety violations ignored until a person gets injured. Fear of getting fired for speaking up or doing the right thing. Lack of training for certain positions. Total disregard for employees with years of prior management experience in professional organizations now in lower positions due to forced retirement. One is seen as the position they now work in. Feelings of worthlessness.
