      -Growth potential is high but there is a lot of competition -CEO seems to care about the employee experience -Company is working to break old habits and bring positive change -Customers are always number 1 when decisions and being made -Free movies

      Great coworkers, decent environment, pay when good movies were out was decent

      Cons

      Lots of teenage drama, felt like managers backed themselves more than us and that made us look bad. Strict uniform guidelines
