      Super easy job. Doesn't take a lot of thought.

      The customers always seem to feel entitled to upgrading for free or getting things handed to them. The higher up management always caves and doesn't back up their staff or policies.

      Strong teamwork, hands on training, and supportive coworkers. You get to learn every role, and jobs rotate weekly between box office, podium, usher, and concession. This variety keeps the work engaging and helps you build versatile skills.
