      Pros

      The free movies were nice. Depending on the general manager, you can sometimes get free popcorn and drinks or you can bring friends and family with you to see a movie.

      Cons

      Senior assistant managers were fairly lazy, for the most part. All they do is sit in the office all day or watch you work from afar.

      Strong teamwork, hands on training, and supportive coworkers. You get to learn every role, and jobs rotate weekly between box office, podium, usher, and concession. This variety keeps the work engaging and helps you build versatile skills.

      Cons

      I honestly had no negative experiences during my time here.
