      Company is very focused on excellent execution of its mission. Very stable and very fair in the conduct of its business. An industry leader. Employees enjoy the imsustry and the rewards.

      Cons

      Sometimes a "silo" effect can be felt. Departments are somewhat autonomous of communication in past , but is much improved over time. Industry open to disruption risk.

      Strong teamwork, hands on training, and supportive coworkers. You get to learn every role, and jobs rotate weekly between box office, podium, usher, and concession. This variety keeps the work engaging and helps you build versatile skills.
