You get to see free movies before and after your shift. You also get free popcorn when you are on your shift break. Discounts on concessions during your shift breaks.
Cons
Poor management, underpaid employees. They are more worried about the shareholders than a quality experience. You are forced to call your superiors Mr. Mrs. Ms. which promotes the feeling of inferiority to lower level employees. It is difficult to work your hardest when you feel like you're being treated like a child.
