Flexible schedule but strict management and minimal hours - Usher/Cashier Cinemark Employee Review

Minimal hours if you have bills to pay. management is too strict and feels like a clique if you are a generally quiet, shy/ neurodivergent person. i had a good GM but below was all inconsistent otherwise. managers barely older than new hires on break from school.
