      - Decent benefits, including a pension - City Hall is a neat building - Good people in my office

      - Pay very low compared to other companies for same position - Not much money to do the job. Everything is tied to the city budget

      Great benefits, nice to witness improvements to the City from the inside, supportive supervisors, great coworkers

      Cons

      Wish we had more remote work opportunities during the winter with the downtown streets becoming very difficult to safely navigate after heavy snowfall.
