Pros

I joined Cin7 in the middle of lockdown on November 1st, 2021. The initial product training, catch-up with teammates, meeting with other collaborative departments, weekly hands-on meetings were all done virtually. It was different, to be honest. But when I met a few teammates for the first time in person on 07th December at the Cin7 Headquarters. Their attitude, behavior, and passion to serve were NOT any different. They all STRIVED to be the best, were PASSIONATE about not just the customers but colleagues and partners, were INNOVATIVE to think outside the box, believed in COLLABORATION to achieve greater results, and have the grit with INTEGRITY and just doing the right thing. Which translates to SPICI. In short, it is a great environment to work in led by David Leach.

Cons

The world has changed in the midst of Covid-19. All of us, are still trying to figure it out. Cin7 is one awesome organization where all your suggestions, ideas, and concerns are heard of and we take care of them in-house.

Pros

The CEO is incredibly approachable and stays connected with employees across all levels of the company. Leadership demonstrates a deep understanding of the product, and the CEO is highly engaged with both customers and partners—constantly leading and coaching the team toward a unified mission. The Support team has made significant strides in enhancing the customer experience over the past year. Leaders are hands-on, supportive, and successfully drive key company initiatives without compromising on culture or service quality. Product feedback from customers and partners is truly valued. The company actively listens, adapts, and pushes to stay competitive—consistently raising the bar with new features and improvements.

Cons

There's room for improvement in our tooling and automation—streamlining workflows further would boost efficiency and scalability.

Pros

You can gain experience working with difficult egos and bad attitudes. You can learn to operate in a pressure cooker if that’s your thing. High pressure, no rewards.

Cons

Leadership talks a lot about support, transparency, and culture, but it’s all for show. Employees are left to struggle alone while impossible promises are made to clients and internal teams. When things fall apart, blame is pushed down to frontline staff. Toxic behavior is tolerated, work-life balance is nonexistent, and PTO is punished. Don’t be fooled by the positive first impression—this place will drain you and discard you.
