    I worked at Cin7 full-time (More than a year)

When I first started at Cin7 the culture was overwhelmed by dysfunction, silos and an opaque, secretive, rarely seen executive team. On my first day I didn't even have a computer or a login, and my name was misspelt.

But what a difference a year makes! Since the investment by Rubicon, the Senior Leadership Team is mostly new (or promoted) with a mix of historical Cin7 leaders and new hires from the growth and expansion into the USA. The new SLT is trusting, transparent and is really making a big difference, chiefly by putting staff and customer welfare at the forefront of their decisions.

The SLT is now very visible which includes sitting with the rest of the staff. Instead of being locked away in private offices, they walk around the floors talking to staff and present a weekly All Hands meeting with interesting updates. It is a refreshing change to see this much improved level of communication.

Moreover, with the investment in highly capable staff, and new cloud-based technology, Cin7 is a very exciting place to work. New hires always have a computer and their logins on day one (and their names are spelled correctly!) It’s become a very welcoming company.

I can now honestly say I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time at Cin7, and that I’m very fortunate to have worked with the most awesome people I’ve ever met.

Frequent staff surveys and they do listen and implement improvement suggestions
Decisive SLT who are transparent and trustworthy
    Free Fruit
    Pizza and beer Fridays
Lunch and Learn every 2 weeks - some great suggestions
    The recruitment process is excellent

The communication of certain departments still has a lot of room for improvement
There are still some notable silos
One area of the company still has a blame culture, but that’s not indicative of the rest of the company

    Advice to Management

Keep going! Impressive changes and improvements in the last 12 months.

    Easy Interview

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Cin7.

The interview process was ok, nothing extreme. I had no group interview as the role was specific to engineering and it wasn't too bad. You had to do an amptitude test and pass in order to get through next round of interview which is difficult IMHO!
