Pros

A great job!!!! This is the best job ever inside the four walls. The kids, families, employees, managers, DMs, ADs, and RVPsare great, dedicated, and loyal, investing so much time and money to make CEC great, then......

Cons

There are those above the RVPs: confused, unguided, without direction, selfish, and two-faced. There is no communication between departments, everyone is out for themselves, the blame game is the norm, but they don't hesitate to make their money at the expense of those busting it down in OPs. Make us more up here with less of you poorer people down there. Doing away with training stores diluted the company with poorly trained managers. Changing the bonus structure will haunt this company in the months to come. Overworked, undertrained and without recognition, we are told it will get better because we are ordered to "have fun at work" with a "Favorite Fun." Really? This companies outlook is bleak, but not for Apollo. They will sell it and leave it for some unsuspecting new owner to pick up the pieces with employees who are undertrained and overworked. And with GMs who dont know what they are doing, because all the good ones are leaving.

Pros

-They give you free food up to $30 -The benefits are fairly decent -High mileage pay for traveling -Lots of diversity and inclusion

Cons

-The worst upper management you’ll ever work for. Constant micromanaging. Sets unrealistic expectations with zero support or assistance. All while they take long vacations. -Preach “company standard” but flip flop on every decision with no notice -Constant labor crunch. Expects miracles with ~3 people on shift. -Will have to work out of your area with no added pay -Training is hit or miss. If you don’t speak up immediately about something you weren’t taught, they will blame you. -If salaried, will probably have to work over 40hrs will no additional incentive -Customers above all else. They are rewarded for complaints and you will definitely be punished. -Heavy AI usage. Even in biased customer surveys that will count against you.
