Pros
Good stress management experience Very similar to working at a crowded movie theater. Some minor benefits Lots of experience gained in multi tasking.
Cons
Upper management skirts the percent of allowed labor each year causing unsavory under staffing. Employees are working several positions at times even when at near capacity. The company is also divided between the games side and the restaurant side with a stronger focus on staffing the restaurant end. This a along with budget cuts round the board prevent the stores and staff from functioning on a high level. This chaotic work environment and high stress repetition of doing other employees jobs preventing you from doing your job well promotes little to no upward mobility as upper management is a constant presence pushing the ever changing "standard," and intimidating its middle management with their jobs if they cannot make the quota for these ever changing "standards".
