Pros

I love working at CTA! The people really care about each other. It is employee owned, so the employees are motivated to make this company great. Management encourages suggestions, and they are always willing to try new things. They say “your family comes before your work” and really mean it. When I had a sick family member, or my child had a sporting event, they have always encouraged me to be there for them.

Cons

Seasonal business. Great for people with kids in school, but not if you want work all year.

Pros

- Pay increased over the years

Cons

- The worst politics I’ve ever seen or heard of in a work place - Management has no clue what they are doing. Most of them walk around and talk to other co-workers all day until it’s time to leave. They know everything and is the reason for any success. - Favoritism runs throughout the place. There is one clique who is basically running the company. - Supervisors makes fun of people with handicaps, curses all the time, and makes employees feel like they are worthless. They will hire anyone for that position. - Not a Christian environment - Pinch every penny they can. Hiring within because it’s cheaper doesn’t help when they aren’t qualified. - This place is run like it’s the 1980s. They have no clue about how newer technology could help them succeed. They are one step above pen and paper. - Building is falling apart - Company is losing money and going downhill fast - If your not related to this specific family here or best friends with them good luck getting anywhere - HR is rude and shares all of your info. HR has best friends around the company whom they share your info with. If you come to HR with an issue or a problem they will talk down to you and tell you that you are the problem and that you need help. - There is no one to go to that you can trust when you have an issue. Not even the president of the company.
