Employee networks are strong and well-resourced (if not a little performative), there are plenty of opportunities to learn while in your role.
Cons
Restructuring so many times lead to really poor morale. Lack of intentional training and growth to create strong and effective leaders. Strong employees left with nowhere to go other than another company. Can be a bit of a boys club at times, no matter how much money and energy they try to put into women in leadership.
