Small agency feel Job duties vary so it's not monotonous

Pay. Other companies of similar size begin with higher salary Benefits. Health insurance is unaffordable for a family Systems. The technology is not advanced and is cumbersome to work with No room for growth

The President of the company genuinely cares. He’s a good guy and cares about his employees. He listens to ideas and works to implement them.

The agency keeps purchasing general agencies. The staff of the general agencies come along with the purchase. Every time a new agency is purchased and added to the existing company they come in like they own the place (like we weren’t previously there doing the job. We bought them. They didn’t buy us). The people that come with these agencies are “on top” of the people who have already been working there. If they don’t like you you’re basically out of there.
