The agency keeps purchasing general agencies. The staff of the general agencies come along with the purchase. Every time a new agency is purchased and added to the existing company they come in like they own the place (like we weren’t previously there doing the job. We bought them. They didn’t buy us). The people that come with these agencies are “on top” of the people who have already been working there. If they don’t like you you’re basically out of there.
