Working at Chesterbrook was a nightmare. They were understaffed, didn't care about employees, didn't follow regulations for the amount of teachers per child required to be in a classroom, were very unclean due to the lack of a maintenance staff....

The company does not give you a 90 day probation period, you start with great benefits and the management is awesome

Cons

they started to cut hours but that seems to be everywhere

But hours are inconsitent to say the least.
