Pros
Some of the colleagues are nice and there is definitely some satisfaction in the work you will do for the Cherokee Nation.
Cons
Leadership is rotten to the core - actual bullies, thieves, liars and racists. (Its shocking in this day and age). Things will start out nice but quickly change to you doing the work of multiple people - without respect to work life balance or appropriate compensation. Cherokee falsely claims to have a culture of inclusivity and values. Interact with leaders within the company and you will quickly see they do not actually practice this. If you look around through the company, you will also see that Cherokee is *extremely* anti-diversity. Leadership will not hesitate to spread lies & terminate you once they get what they want from you. Or they will gaslight and manipulate you into quitting.
