Leadership is inconsistent and reactive; decisions often change weekly with little communication. HR and management fail to support employees—high turnover and low morale are constant. Promotions and recognition are based on favoritism, not performance or expertise. Lack of integrity starting with the leadership team. No clear organizational structure or accountability. Despite the wellness image, the internal culture is stressful, political, and unsupportive.
