Pros

There is nothing good about this company. There used to be, but not anymore. I'm literally just writing this right now just so that I can meet the 20 word minimum that glassdoor requires so this can post.

Cons

Your CEO is a guy who will sign anything for a nice fat paycheck, while some of us are just trying to make it to the next paycheck. Think of it this way--if you treat your clients better than you treat your own employees, you’re going to have attrition issues.

Pros

- Incompetence plagues the leadership, so if you know what you are doing, you will get noticed (for better or worse) - Challenging regulatory space means you will have to think outside the box - Gaining experience at a mismanaged company will help you later in your career - There are very smart people working here, however the company is experiencing rapid brain-drain due to the leadership in place

Cons

Charlotte's Web is severely mismanaged, now more so than ever. There was absolutely a need to revamp the leadership team, however it was beyond my wildest thoughts that the situation would somehow be worse. Nepotism is the name of the game here, where it matters not what you know - but who you know. VP's are in place because they are personal friends of the CEO or The Stanley Brothers, not because they have a proven track record or experience. This leads to several problems as incompetence plagues the highest echelon of the the company. Half-baked ideas are rubber stamped without people who know what they are doing weighing in. Second, since leadership is inexperienced, the company is reactive instead of proactive. The company has failed to innovate and any meaningful way as the leaders do not have what it takes to execute.
