Pros
Bonuses good and there are some nice perks (used to keep employees longer than they would otherwise reasonably stay).
Cons
A handful of employees are workhorses while others do not do much and Administration treats all the same (no extra bonuses, etc.); There is no incentive program to get everyone to give 100%. Firm lacks constructive leadership and there are no resources and support for the workhorses. There is strong favoritism in the Firm. No real and sincere compassion for the employees since they care more about politics and bottom line rather than a problematic situation for an employee.
