Pros
The majority of employee benefits that have since been taken away in the past year. The vacation and wellness days are still generous, but not even close to being worth the grind and overhead you have to endure day to day.
Cons
The loss of all nearly everything that made Certn special and the workplace it used to be needs to be documented and shared into a blog one day or something. In one calendar year, we saw the erosion of company values, the talent that aligned with those values, and a culture that's now been reduced to "do anything to step over their fellow "Certonian" to retain your value in the company before the next wave of layoffs". This is the kind of toxic work environment where everything from the management, the product and the industry they're in is near disrepair. Certn wanting to pride itself as a forward thinking company is frankly a laughable sentiment and must be performative at this point. There is nothing forward thinking about what they're trying to bring to the market and Certn-ly NOT in the way they treat their employees. Applier beware - and be prepared to come into half baked processes, for half baked baked products lead by half baked senior leadership.
