      - People are friendly - Some social activities - Good work/life balance

      Cons

      - No incentives - No bonus's anymore - Poor pay for the level of work and experience (other companies would pay a significantly larger amount for the role/amount of years at the company) - Awful management who do not listen to any feedback and constant micro-managing - Lack of opportunities for growth

      - Focused and intentional management is delivering excellent results for the team - New President brings a level of professionalism and accountability to everyone - Everyone on the team is winning focused on winning together

      - Heavy account management load compared to previous roles - Supporting customers with several different systems is cumbersome and challenging - Lack of support on legacy issues causing disruption and a non-ideal customer state
