If you prefer 8 hour shifts, they have that. Lots of bonuses to fill last minute shifts. That could bring you closer to the paycheck you would get elsewhere.
Cons
Low pay. Severely Understaffed. No EMR. No security for staff safety. The equipment is broken. Nothing works like it should. Lots of mistakes and problems because the system is broken.
